We are expanding rapidly and today have more than 60 professionals delivering business value to our clients.

Aurify operates through three core divisions:

  • A technology division delivering secure, compliant cloud infrastructure services, helping organizations optimize and safeguard their cloud environments.
  • A consulting division focused on receivables finance and supply chain finance solutions, supporting complex implementations, migrations, integrations, and strategic consulting across Europe.
  • An offshore staff augmentation service in Vietnam.

We serve clients across various industries that require demanding cloud and business solutions, bringing deep expertise, innovative approaches, and an international delivery mindset to every engagement.

The Role

Aurify is seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our Consulting division. You don’t need to be an industry veteran from day one—instead, you will act as the dedicated “wingman” or “wingwoman” to our seasoned senior professionals.

This is a launchpad role designed to help you build a specialized career in the Receivables Finance market. Working closely with our experts, you will learn the ins and outs of implementing and configuring industry-leading technology platforms, like  Lendscape.

You will shadow our experts, help bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, and gradually take on more responsibility in functional analysis, solution design, and configuration while engaging with internal teams and clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst Responsibilities

  • Support senior consultants during client workshops by capturing requirements, documenting workflows, and organizing functional designs.
  • Assist senior consultants in the functional analysis, configuration, and parameterization of factoring platforms under expert guidance.
  • Help our experts executing data migration activities, including validation, data mapping, and reconciliation.
  • Provide support for live business operations, helping troubleshoot and resolve functional issues for clients.
  • Dive deep into key lending processes such as collections, payments, and reporting to become a subject matter expert over time.
  • Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the functional leads in delivering project milestones.
  • Assist in capacity management and writing process documentation.

Core Software & Industry Expertise

  • A strong interest in the financial sector, specifically Receivables Finance.
  • A fundamental understanding of lending or banking operations is preferred.
  • Bonus (but not required): Any basic exposure to platforms like Lendscape, Codix, Aptic or Efcom, or factoring products (Invoice Discounting, Credit Insurance) is a huge plus.  We will teach you the rest!

  • Familiarity with data migration concepts or system interfaces.
  • Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong interest in AI technology.
